We sell casting workflow software to agencies as a subscription. When an agency joins Black Drongo, they get a private workspace with their own talent database, casting projects, scripts, and team - all in one place.

Actors sign up for free. Their profile is searchable, their applications are tracked, and every casting call they apply to comes from a verified agency on the platform.

We don't take commissions. We don't sit between the actor and the agency. We build the infrastructure that makes the whole thing work without the chaos.

Blackdrongo wasn't built by outsiders pitching software to an industry they read about in a report. Three of our founders ran a casting agency before we started building. They know what it takes to run ten simultaneous castings, how badly scripts get leaked, and what actors go through to get discovered.

The product is built by Deep Adeshra, who shipped the entire platform solo - every feature, every workflow, every line of the stack. The rest of the team handles industry relationships, growth, and operations.
